Held on the spring bank holiday Monday at the
end of May. 12:30-19:00. Vibrant Caribbean style carnival parade at 12:30 from Prospect Park, then through the streets of West
Reading, returning to the park at about 15:30. Great atmosphere, with carnival
food & drink and live music stage. Video
