ROBERTSBRIDGE BONFIRE
Annual event held on a Saturday in mid November, and falls late in the Sussex Bonfire season. Robertsbridge stands out as a high quality event, and is very atmospheric. Typical line-up: Robertsbridge Rabble, Robin Hood, Section 5, Burgess Hill, Vines Cross, Battel Boyes, Lewes Borough, Ewhurst & Staplecross, Fletching, Hastings, Five Ashes, Newick, East Hoathly, Mayfield, Firle, Commercial Square, South Street, Nevill Juvenile, and Waterloo. Excellent bonfire and fireworks. Village closed to traffic 18:00-22:00. Processions in Station Road and High Street from 19:00. Bonfire & fireworks 20:00. Free entrance.
